Bad Day....

We all have sometimes those days when everything just goes wrong. Maybe I will help you 
with my "Bad day" tips do make feel yourself better. 

the first I like do cup of tea and my favourite is green tea

and next I like to put comfy clothes

of course I put some music (Ed Sheeran mostly)

sometimes I like to bake or eat sweets because I love sweets

I take my tea and my diary and  I start to write my positive thoughts 

if I finish writing, I feel so much better. I understand how much I have to be grateful for and I focus for positive things more and more

usually next I go to bath and I make bubble bath, I lit some candles

if you don't have bath, take warm shower, that helps as well

after bath I put some of my favourite pyjamas on, next I do face mask and drink more tea and read a book or watch youtube videos

and lastly I go to bed....
