Vitamins Back To Your Body

Hello! This is short blogpost with really obvious message to you. As the colder months are here, we easily forget to eat berries ect. and to drink more water. But this is right now your reminder to eat more good and healthy food!
My favorite way to get some vitamins into my body is to put some berries on top of porridge and to do smoothies and just to have them as a snack. You can eat whatever you like, I love pomegranates, bananas, kiwis as well.
