Simple Smoothies

Hello! I thought that it would be lovely to talk about simple smoothies. This picture is actually from summer, but I really like it and it fits with this topic. I personally love smoothies- favourite kind of snack. In winter we don't have much sunshine, so to get some vitamins, we all should take just vitamins or eat fruits etc, or my favourite- make yourself a little simple delicious smoothie. Quick and easy too! 


-Kiwi strawberry smoothie-
You need 1 banana, some strawberries ( as many as you like), 1 kiwi and I usually like to add milk or some yoghurt or any juice (apple, orange etc.). Mix it all together and you're done! 

-Blueberry smoothie-
You need blueberries, 1 banana, some strawberries, milk or yoghurt and if you like add some ice cubes too. Mix it and you're ready to have your fresh blueberry smoothie!

-Blueberry almond joy-
This one is sweeter than others but tastes amazing. You need 1/2 cup of any milk of your choice, almond butter and blueberries. Mix it and you're done!

-Mango smoothie-
You need half of mango, 1 banana, 1 scoop of vanilla ice cream and milk, you can add some ice cubes too. And do the same thing- mix all together and enjoy! 

 -Breakfast smoothie- 
You need 2 tbsp oatmeals, milk of choice and 1 banana, sometimes I like to add honey and cinnamon too. Same thing with others- mix and enjoy! 

As you just saw, all smoothies are super simple (3-5 ingredients). I like to fun making smoothies look good, so usually, I take any jar/mason jar, cute straw and on top I put any fruit slices, mint or some chia seeds. So let me know what kind of smoothies do you make, I can  try them out!
